Refunds & Returns

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your jewelry, you can easily return any item purchased from our studio inventory or from our website’s ready-to-ship section.

Made-to-order items can be refunded up to a value of 3,000 ILS. However, custom-made jewelry according to specific requirements and measurements, jewelry with engraving or personal dedication, and jewelry priced over 3,000 ILS are not eligible for refunds.

If you cancel your order after we’ve started manufacturing, any deposits or prepayments made will not be refunded. These will be considered a sketch fee to cover the cost of the work already done.

To return a product, contact us within 14 days of receiving it to initiate the return process. Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all documentation, such as the gemological certificate and invoice. You can return the item in person at our studio or ship it back using a reliable courier service, making sure it is securely packaged. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund, minus any applicable fees. Please note that custom-made jewelry, including items with specific requirements, engraving, or priced over 3,000 ILS, is not eligible for returns.

Warranty

Yes, with every purchase of jewelry that includes diamonds or other gemstones, we provide a gemological certificate. This certificate verifies the authenticity and quality of the gemstones used in your piece.

The gemological certificate includes detailed information about the gemstones in your jewelry, such as the carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and other relevant characteristics.

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the loss of side stones weighing up to 0.05 carat each under regular and reasonable use. However, please note that this warranty does not apply to jewelry repaired by any party outside of our studios.

Yes, we offer one free size adjustment with your purchase. This adjustment can be done at no extra cost as long as it is the first adjustment.

After the warranty period, we offer jewelry renewal, rhodium plating, and other repairs at a nominal cost. Please contact us for specific pricing details.
